The institute took the oath of reducing the trend of unemployment and thereby introduced job- oriented courses to arrest the growing tide of joblessness. With the passage of time, it has successfully trained over 15,000 students across 50 centers in West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, and Jharkhand.

Just a few years later, in 2015, The George College (Department of education) was set up with a definite purpose for training the souls wish to opt for teaching in schools.
