1. Infrastructure & Building Maintenance

Regular Inspection: Periodic checking of classrooms, seminar halls, auditoriums, hostels, and administrative blocks.

Preventive Maintenance: Scheduled repair of walls, roofs, flooring, and furniture to avoid major breakdowns.

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts): For lifts, air conditioners, CCTV, and other installed systems.

Renovation: Upgradation of old structures and expansion based on student strength and requirements.

2. Library Maintenance

Digital & Physical Upkeep: Regular cataloging, shelving, and removal of outdated or damaged books.

E-Resources: Maintenance of subscription to e-journals, databases, and plagiarism check software.

Automation: Use of library management software for issue–return and stock verification.

Environment: Ensuring proper lighting, seating, air circulation, and silence.

3. Laboratory & IT Facility Maintenance

Computer Labs: Periodic updates of software and antivirus protection, backup of data, and inspection of hardware.

Business Simulation & Analytics Labs: Calibration and upgradation of licensed tools (SPSS, MATLAB, R, Python, etc.).

IT Support Team: On-call support for projectors, smart classrooms, Wi-Fi, and ERP systems.

AMC for Equipment: To ensure uninterrupted functioning.
